Simple Serving Recipe — Desi Ghee Paratha
Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour — 2 cups
- Water — as required
- Salt — ½ tsp
- Desi Regime Desi Ghee — 2–3 tbsp
Method
- Knead flour, salt and water into a soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 15–20 minutes.
- Roll out one portion into a thin circle.
- Spread a small amount of Desi Ghee over the surface and fold or roll as preferred.
- Roll again and cook on a hot tawa.
- Apply Desi Ghee on both sides and cook until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with your favourite curry, yogurt or pickle.
